This session will break down what cyber risk really means for organizations, how to prioritize protections with limited resources and how to confidently assess your organization’s exposure.  The discussion will set the stage tor the remainder of the day to help attendees evaluate their own cyber posture and identify immediate next steps. This session is eligible for 1 Management Services CPE credit.

This session will guide business owners and executives through a practical, calculated assessment of information security risks across their operations, technology and cybersecurity, focusing on the core principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability. By performing a simulated risk assessment, attendees will gain a clear understanding of their organization's vulnerabilities and learn how to prioritize strategic next steps for effective risk mitigation. This session is eligible for 1.5 Management Services CPE credits. 

Attendees of this session will be able to:

• Contextualize core components of information security risk in the form of a calculated assessment for your business' operations, technology and cybersecurity.
  
• Perform a pro forma risk assessment for your organization under the categories of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
  
• Determine the strategic next steps for addressing identified risks through the pro forma exercise within your enterprise.
