National Safety Month

In recognition of National Safety Month, challenge your team to focus on one small action each week that can make the workplace safer.

Try this challenge:

Throughout June, identify and complete safety improvements in your workspace or daily routine. Aim for four for the month. Some examples include:

  • Clearing clutter or cords from walkways

  • Adjusting desk and monitor setup

  • Reviewing safe lifting habits

  • Updating emergency contacts or response information

  • Sharing a safety tip with a coworker

Your people are your biggest asset. Work together to prioritize safety in the workplace and show your teams that you care!

Why You Should Invest in a Modern HRIS/Payroll Platform

A modern HRIS/payroll system can help your organization work more efficiently while improving accuracy, compliance and the employee experience.

  • Centralized data: One system for employee records, payroll, time and benefits reduces manual work and conflicting spreadsheets.

  • Greater efficiency: Automation streamlines onboarding, approvals, tax updates and reporting, while employee self-service cuts administrative burden.

  • Better accuracy and compliance: Single-entry data reduces errors, and built-in alerts and audit trails help support compliance.

  • Improved employee experience: Easy access to pay, PTO and benefits information strengthens engagement and supports retention.

  • Actionable insights: Dashboards and analytics help leaders monitor overtime, absenteeism, turnover and staffing needs.

Bottom line: A strong HRIS/payroll system improves administration, helps control staffing costs, supports compliance, improves the employee experience and enables growth. Find out how RKL Virtual's HR and Payroll Solution, powered by isolved®, can help your organization work more efficiently.

Does Your Learning and Development Program Support the Next-Generation Workforce?

Retaining Gen Z employees increasingly depends on creating a strong learning culture, as younger workers are more likely to leave when they do not see clear opportunities to build skills and advance. Employers can improve retention by strengthening onboarding, providing continuous feedback and offering flexible, engaging learning experiences that align with how Gen Z prefers to learn.

RKL Virtual's Workforce Strategies team is here to help you navigate the changing employment landscape.
