In this session, we’ll share approaches for identifying the most meaningful metrics and simplifying complex data into clear insights. You’ll take away actionable strategies for leveraging data-driven storytelling that will help your board members understand the nuances of your organization’s performance and impact. Attendees of this session will be eligible for one Communications and Marketing CPE credit. 
 
In this session, attendees will be equipped to:
  • Determine key metrics that are essential to evaluating and conveying the performance and impact of their nonprofit organization.
  • Develop techniques for simplifying complex data into clear, actionable insights tailored for board member understanding and decision-making.
  • Utilize best practices in data-driven storytelling to effectively communicate the organization's achievements and challenges to the board.
